The center offers music and movement for children from infancy through four years led by award-winning composer Paul Godwin, or one of his selectively chosen and trained staff of musician/teachers. Godwin started this San Francisco branch of Music Together, which was founded in Princeton in 1985, after becoming a parent himself and searching for music education for infants and toddlers.

Godwin brings not only his musical training, but also the right combination of energy and patience to manage the chaos created by groups of toddlers as they explore songs from around the world through simple instrumental play, rhythm chants, songs, and movement. His classes provide continuity through the musical selections along with the excitement of the occasional guest musician or co-instructor.

Classes are given weekdays and Saturdays. Each class has room for 12 children and their parents, and meets for 45 minutes each week for 10 weeks. Fee for twelve weekly, 45-minute, classes: $240 for one child for new families; $235 for returning families. Siblings of a registered child can join in for $100 week session.
