About Musical Magic
Musical Magic offers classes designed to inspire a passion for music and encourage self-expression and self-confidence in babies and young children. Classes last 45 minutes and feature age-appropriate song, dance, movement, instrument and bubble play, with lots of parent-child interaction.
Music types range from jazz and rock n' roll influence to family sing-a-longs and soothing ballads. Many of the songs featured in the classes are originals, written by director Rosanne Locricchio and available for purchase on a CD for home use.
The studio is small but ample for the small class sizes, and is cheerily painted with a zoo of friendly animals on the walls and a few fun beanbags and stuffed toys. The entryway has room for quite a few strollers, and bathroom is kid-friendly. A few blocks east of the studio, Roscoe Village bustles with restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques.
Musical Magic also hosts birthday parties on weekends for kids through four years old. A 90-minute birthday party for a maximum of 20 kids includes a 30-minute customized music class and gift bags; seating, paper products, and utensils are provided for all guests.

Tips
Sessions fill quickly, so plan to sign up 3-4 weeks before a session begins to get the best choice of time and day. Birthday parties book quickly, as well, so it helps to call at least 6-8 weeks in advance.

She can remember the name of every baby after seeing them one time! The songs and corresponding activities are fun for both the mom and baby. We can't wait to attend many more classes.
