My First Yoga provides an environment in which students learn to exercise their minds as they move their bodies. With family or friends, students are taught the essentials of a healthy lifestyle as they learn to calm and strengthen their bodies, balance stress, and respect the needs of themselves, others, and our world. These are lessons that will last a lifetime and can be applied to any activity, sport, or interest. My First Yoga works with both beginners and experienced yogis. Class offerings include yoga for toddlers, children, and teens; family yoga; and fitness for children and for tweens. My First Yoga offers birthday parties - an hour and a half of fun that is customized specifically for the birthday child. Mascot Stretchy the Dog is invited to the birthday parties (if age appropriate) and does yoga with the kids. Kids can pick between "Puppy" and "Poodle" birthday packages, and parties are available for all ages and begin at $250 for 10 children.
