My Gym454

My Gym's programs were devised to help children three months to 13 years of age develop physically, cognitively, and emotionally. Structured, age-appropriate weekly classes incorporate music, dance, relays, games, special rides, gymnastics, sports, and other original activities. My Gym kids have fun as they gain strength, balance, coordination, fine and gross motor proficiency, agility, flexibility, and social skills. The state-of-the-art facility has custom-designed equipment, the configuration of which is changed each week to provide a new and exciting experience for the children.

A birthday party package is also available, and includes use of the gym for two hours, planned activities and games, setup, cleanup, and more.
