My Gym offers great gym classes that keep kids coming back session after session: It's not unusual to have former Little Bundles (6 weeks-6 months) move on to Tiny Tykes (7-13 months), continue on to Waddlers (14-22 months), make their way through Gymsters (23 months-2.5 years), and end their parent participation classes as Terrific Tots (2.5-3.5 years). And then there's a whole range of independent classes, for kids from 3.5 years up through 13 years.

Classes meet once each week, and run for eight week sessions. Session prices vary depending on the age of the child. Prices includes one Free Play per week in addition to the class.

Camps are offered in summer and winter for kids ages 2 and up. Pricing and schedules are available online.

Energetic teachers and well-organized birthday parties, modeled after regular classes and supplemented with balloons, decorations, set-up, refreshments, and clean-up service, make these independently-owned fitness centers worth checking out.

Party Packages are available for members and nonmembers (members receive a discount). The packages are for up to 20 children; extra charges apply for additional children. Party favors are available at an added cost. Birthday parties can be held at select times on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. The parties last 1 1/2 hours. Book as far in advance as possible; party spots fill early.
