At My Gym Children's Fitness Center, children have fun developing their coordination, agility, flexibility, and motor skills. They gain self-awareness through stretching, tumbling, game playing and interacting with one another, their parents, and an expert staff.

My Gym offers classes for Tiny Tykes (3-11 months), Waddlers (12-18 months), Gymsters (19 months-2 1/2 years), and Terrific Tots (2 1/2-3 1/2 years).

A range of classes is also available for children ages 3 1/2 to eight years. Adult participation is required for children under the age of 3.

My Gym also offers well-organized and personalized birthday parties, facilitated by energetic teachers. Party packages begin at $275 (for members) for up to 20 children. A $100 nonrefundable deposit is required.
