My Kids Clubhouse3519

I created an account on here just to leave a good review for My Kids Clubhouse, because I was really surprised by some of the negative reviews and I don't agree at all. We don't have a lot of play space at home, so I'm grateful to have a clean place to take my kids to play when it's very hot or rainy outside and parks are not an option. I've never done a party there, so I can't comment on that, but my kids (5 1/2 and 2) love playing there. We got a punch card, which I think is the best deal out there, because it's much cheaper and more flexible (we don't go that often).

i was there when that birthday party happened when the boy got hurt on the slide and the hostess that was doing the party (i believe made sure the boy was ok and got an ice pack and a first aid kit and was in the room the whole time to make sure he was ok. I never had any problems there and my kids love it there.

We have been here three times over the last six month's. Each visit has been a ton of fun. My kids play, play and play. Lots of variety and a great set up!

Where do I start? We had my son's birthday party at their Poway location in March 2009. He got hurt on one of the big slides (pretty deep cut behind his ear) and the Kids Clubhouse (who prides themselves on "safety first" didn't even have a first aid kit! One of our friends had to leave the party and run down to Rite Aid to get what we needed to take care of our son. And when we asked the staff for directions to the nearest urgent care center, they directed us to a vet clinic down the street! No kidding! When I spoke with the owner the following day and explained everything that happened (in addition to us being disappointed with the lack of service we received from the staff during the party), she took absolutely no responsibility for her staff or the situation. Needless to say, I am never taking my kids to this place ever again!

My kids love this place. I can feel safe with them playing in any of the areas, while I have a cup of coffee or something and just chill :)
But it is also great that the parents are welcome in all the play areas as well. I have a blast going down the slides with my girls and just hanging in the ball pit with them :)

Thanks so much for the level of thought you have taken in designing your facility. Having visited others I was amazed at how rewarding such a cozy environment could be for our daughter. I took my 4 year old and my 8 month old here while we were trying to escape the heat. I wish I would've gone earlier in the day, as we were there for 3 hours and then they closed. Both of my kids had a lot to do and it was a very safe, clean environment.

Sure, McDonald's may have a play area, but it's filthy and unsupervised, and you're going to end up spending way more than $7 while you're there! My Kids Clubhouse is clean, spacious, and lots of fun for my 2-year old. I much prefer it to Kidsville - it's cleaner, safer, and cheaper.

This place is generally very clean and safe. Although there isnt a lot to do at this place it is just enough to do for a toddler or preschooler for an hour or so. Yes you can get about the same effect as Mcdonalds or other fast food place that has a nice play area, but I grant you it wont be as clean. This place has nice heavy padded carpeted flooring thoughout and a small open play area for imaginary play. A play area also off to the side boxed in for smaller kids to play away from the bigger kids. A very friendly and older staff so they are more apt to correct kids when they are out of control. I would not suggest this place for older kids as they would become bored with it in about 30 minutes. Parents can climb thru the tunnels and go down the slides with their children as the equipment is designed for adults too. That is if your knees and back can take it lol...Kind of pricey, but they offer different discount packages if you want to come back several more times. Socks only enviroment for everyone and they sell socks if you forget yours. I have yet to be WOWWWED by any kids play place yet unfortunatly.

I wouldn't waist my money on going to My Kids Club House, you might as well just go to a drive thru playland like Mc Donalds or Carls Jr.

We get more at McDonald's or Chucky CHeese's play area.

I like My Kids Clubhouse a lot. My kids (age 2 and 3) and I go there often, especially these days when it's so hot out because the kids can run around and burn off energy in a safe environment. We also had a birthday party there, and I was very happy with it. Things that could be improved - more lunch options for toddlers would be great. (Hotdogs and PB&J are OK for bigger kids, but not toddlers.) Mac & cheese perhaps?

After checking their site and calendar for their hours, I drove all the way up to Poway and they had a sign on the door saying they were closed for the afternoon. It might be a great place, but I would definitely call ahead to make sure they're open when they say they are.

I had heard a lot about this place, but was dissapointed when I went. It was small and not worth the admission price. I didn't find it to be much different than a fast food play area. I wouldn't reccomend it.

There's a few good things about this place: great play structure, very clean, and easy to keep your eyes on your child. However, after having attended several parties, I would go elsewhere to celebrate a special occasion. They rush you through each activity, and make you feel like you're wasting their time. They certainly don't make the birthday child feel very special. Very disappointing, especially considering the amount of money spent on each party.

I celebrated my twins birhtday at My Kids Clubhouse. It was worth every penny. Our party host from start to finish did everything. and when the party was over she even packed up my leftover food. My daughters loved it and so did all her guests. thank you!!!!!!

THe kids love it and look forward to the parents night out almost as much as wel do!

My son and I stumbled upon it while we were getting our car serviced. THe place is awesome. Very Very clean, staff was very friendly and suggested some places around for lunch.. Loved it...Will be back

Place is good for kids, however, not good at all for birthday parties, to expensive and they russhed you to finish your party, not relaxing or fun.
