The Nanny Connection is a nanny placement service placing full-time and part-time nannies, housekeepers, eldercare and more. The Nanny Connection interviews and screens prospective candidates, and offers families a 90-day guarantee that the placement arranged by The Nanny Connection will be mutually agreeable.

The Nanny Connection screens include reference checks, criminal background checks, driving abstracts, CPR, and First Aid for all prospective nannies.

The firm also offers families on-call daytime, evening, weekend, and overnight babysitting service, and families can request the days and hours they need online once they are members.

Membership is $200 a year, with a $10 agency charge each time a nanny is booked. The nannies charge $10 per hour with a 4 hour minimum.
