The Nasher Sculpture Center is a testament to Ray Nasher's idea of creating an outdoor "roofless" museum to serve as a public home for his collection of 20th-century sculpture.
In addition to more than 10,000 square feet of indoor gallery space, the sculpture garden has more than 170 trees, together with stone pathways, pools, and fountains. Approximately 25 large-scale sculptures from the Nasher Collection are on view in the garden at any one time.
Public programs at the Center include adult and school tours of the Center, lecture programs, music programs, and NasherKids children's programs - including school break camp programs.
