The 41,000 square foot Nerman Museum is the largest contemporary art museum in the four state region. Located on the campus of Johnson County Community College, the museum offers guided tours for groups or visitors can tour on their own. (Be sure and pick up a Visitor Orientation Guide).

If you want to make a kid feel special, be sure and take her to Cafe Tempo located within the museum. The cafe features seasonal salad, panini sandwiches, fresh fish specials, and yummy breakfast offerings, including homemade pastries, muffins, and scones.

The museum also offers art classes for children ages five through 11 on various Saturdays throughout the academic year and weekdays during the summer.
