Appointments are required for folks who wish to take in their gently-used items. The store's policies regarding which items are (and aren't) accepted are clearly stated at the website. Like the merchandise selection, the savings can vary, too. We find consistent, substantial savings with coupons on the website, however, and special promotions (like $20 bag day!) keep cost-conscious shoppers coming back.
