Nielsen's Frozen Custard hails from Utah and boasts impossibly smooth-and-creamy sweet treats like cones, floats, sodas, sundaes, and - Nielsen's specialty - the concrete, a version of a shake or malt. Don't bother asking for a straw with a concrete; the delicious concoctions are much too think to eat with anything but a spoon. A large variety of concrete flavors are available, but the favorites tend to be bumbleberry, caramel cashew, and caramel brownie.

Nielsen's also sells its famous custard by the quart and pint. Flavors include vanilla, chocolate, raspberry, mint, caramel cashew, Oreo, and more. Seasonal favorites are also available, such as eggnog in the winter and lemon in the summer.

In addition to frozen custard, Nielsen's serves up hot grinders - deli-type sandwiches that feature thinly cut meats and a pepper relish. The menu also features chicken tenders, hot dogs, and corn dogs.
