Mini Tevas or rubber fireman boots? Tiny bowling shoes or Mary Janes with chunky soles? If they make them, this is the place to find them. Kids fitted with their first pair of Stride-Rites at Nordstrom are presented with a picture of the event and a Nordy stuffed toy. Look in the Brass Plum and Brass Plum Shoes for shoes, accessories, and clothes for teen girls. The Young Men's department carries mostly casual clothes - Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger and similar brands - for boys. Prices are higher here, but the wide selection, no-hassle returns, and intelligent customer service make it worthwhile.
