Known among the younger set as the home of the well-loved, outdoor Alligator's Creek Aquatic Center, the 20-acre Civic Park is the city's oldest park. It holds four horseshoe pits, two pavilions, and two large play structures.
The park's bandstand plays host to numerous concerts and special events throughout the year. The O?Fallon Historical Society offers tours of the Log Cabin Museum on the park grounds.
Alligator's Creek features two swimming pools and two water slides. The facility is open seasonally, from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
