about Oakland Park Library:

A well-equipped facility that includes books, tapes, audio books and magazines. The library's computers have word processing and spreadsheet programs as well as internet access. The Youth Services area has ongoing story time/craft programs for all ages at various days and times during the week. Call 954.630.4372 for details. The Homework Center is open Monday through Thursday from 3pm-4pm and offers a supervised, quiet environment for elementary school children to do their homework. The Dial-a-Story number is 954.561.6151, available 24 hours a day. All programs are free and open to the public.

The Library is located between Oakland Park Blvd and Commercial Blvd, and is one block East of Dixie Hwy on 37th Street, behind the Oakland Park City Hall.
