It might be hard to keep kids focused on food at the Pacific Beach Hotel's Oceanarium Restaurant, what with the three-story views of marine life visible through the windows - especially when underwater divers are feeding the fish in the enormous aquarium. When their attention does turn to the menu, they'll find there's a lot to see there, too, with a wide selection for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch. And the large breakfast and dinner buffets are almost sure to be a hit with indecisive eaters!

tips:

Reservations are a good idea here any time, but particularly if your heart is set on watching divers feed the fish at 6pm or 8pm.
