Old Pine Community Center has been an awesome asset to the community for years. Currently they have an effective after school program, Saturday for Seniors, and an homeless initiative program. They also work very hard in help people plan there various activities at the center. Anyone can come and rent a room for an event for a small fee. I think Old Pine is Awesome!!!

The kids at Old Pine always have a great time. There are plenty of different activities so they can find something to enjoy whether it be gym time, art, or drama. It is also great that the counselors provide homework help and make sure that everything is complete and checked before it's time for pick up.

The Old Pine Community Center is full of friendly helpful staff. The afterschool program consists of a variety of activities such as Drama, Art, Yoga, and Physical Education as well as a nutritious snack and homework help. I feel there is a true family environment at the OPCC afterschool and safety of the kids is paramount. The facilities are also nice and always very clean. They rent the facilities for various activities and I have heard very positive reviews about customers being very satisfied. I would highly recommend the Old Pine Community Center.

Old Pine is a great Community Center that has , for over 30 years served Philadelphia's citizens of all ages. There is a thriving after school program, lots of sports activities in the gym and every Saturday there is a program for Seniors providing a hot lunch, social activities and good fun for all. The ESL and GED programs are offered for a very low fee so that adults can better their lives. They also have several rooms available to rent- which is great if you have a small place but want to have a party or meeting.

In the last 2 1/2 years the Community Center has undergone a major metamorphosis- the Center staff is kind and caring, the facility is clean and bright and the energy is just positive. It radiates a warmth. I have been volunteering and using their spaces for a while now, and the improvement over the last 2 1/2 years is amazing- if you haven't been in a while, I encourage you to try it again, if you have never been, give it a go- you will be pleasantly surprised at this bright gem of a Community Center.

My daughter is currently enrolled in the Pre-K class at Old Pine Community Center. She loves her teacher and enjoys interacting with her classmates. Since coming to Old Pine Community Center I feel my child's individual growth as well as her peer relationships have matured greatly.
