One Potato is a great resource all around. Clever entries written by the site's founder, Jay Bushara, and useful links to books that are not only well-scribed, but that my child thoroughly enjoys.

This is a terrific site--trustworthy opinions beautifully written. It's a pleasure to encounter such intelligence and wit when browsing for children's books--

I love One Potato! I don't have kids of my own, so I rely on Jay's expertise and advice to guide me on purchases for my grand-nieces and grand-nephews. The greatest joy comes from the videos we receive of their parents reading to them! (Wish we were close enough to do it ourselves, though.)

One Potato is a really easy site to use and fun to explore!

I met Jay Bushara right before he became a father, and then I watched his children develop into voracious readers and independent thinkers. I was in awe of the weight that the bookshelves in his house could sustain. Save for a library, I had never seen such quantity per square inch. I spied him at the library and various book shops in town. He has always been hot on the trail of the written word. The sweat and love he has poured into this website is 100% authentic. His reviews are thoughtful and honest and amusing to read, as are the blogs. He is fortunate to have found a platform that suits him. I think he has created a wonderful site and valuable destination.
