One Stop Fun offers a variety of options for kids: an indoor playspace, gymnastic, dance, karate and yoga instruction, an outdoor pool (open June through August), and a comfortable party place. One Stop Fun programs are centered around enhancing each child's self-esteem, while encouraging fitness in a fun and safe environment.

The gymnastics area is fully equipped with all men's and women's Olympic gymnastic apparatus and colorful pre-school mats of all shapes and sizes. Gymnastics instruction includes novice classes for beginners, intermediate for kids who have learned basic skills, and advanced for kids working on higher level progressive gymnastics skills. OSF is also the home of Nashoba Gymnastics Academy offering competitive gymnastics teams.

The Gym Mania section is an indoor playground that contains three stories of tubes and tunnels for climbing and exploring, a wave slide, a spiral slide and a separate toddler area.

The 1,500 square foot dance studio is equipped with a padded hardwood floor, mirrored walls and ballet bars. It is designed to maximize dance potential and minimize safety concerns. Students ages three and older will enjoy classes that combine dance skills with age appropriate instruction and techniques. One Stop Fun offers ballet, tap, and jazz/hip-hop, as well as Yoga for adults in coordination with a babysitting service.

The dance studio is also home to the Karate studio, offering karate for ages 5+, as well as family karate classes, where adults can enjoy learning the skills with the children.

The outdoor interactive pool is designed specifically for kids, with water slides, shooting lemon drop squirts and a mushroom spray. Swimming lessons are available from June through August for toddlers through teens. The pool is available for a daily pass and a full snack bar is offered in the pool area.

One Stop Fun offers school vacation as well as summer camps for children ages 4-13 available for single day rates as well as full week programs. OSF has specialty camps in the summer in the disciplines of karate, dance, drama, and cheerleading.

One Stop Fun also has a Pro Shop with a good supply of gymnastics wear.

The decorated party rooms are great for birthday parties, with dining tables, a changing area, and lots of seating for the adults to relax while the kids have fun.

Costs vary according to activity. Birthday parties range from $175 to $335. Full week + single day summer camps range from $65 to $395, depending on age of child. Free trial classes for all programs are available.
