The Oviedo Center for Health & Wellness YMCA offers more than 100 excercise classes, a heated indoor swimming pool, a childcare facility, and home school Physical education classes. Classes are also offered in aquatics, pilates, and yoga, and the Y provides towels for use in the center. Summer camp programs are available. The center also teaches the Safe Start Survival Swimming lesson program for young children.
