Apartment sizes range from studios to one, two, or three-bedroom apartments or condominiums, all conveniently situated with easy access to business, shopping, arts, and entertainment. Each apartment or condominium is completely equipped and accessorized, including full kitchens to service up to six, all utilities, linens, complimentary local telephone service, in-suite washer and dryer, and one complimentary parking space. Business and recreational facilities, bi-weekly housekeeping and concierge services are also provided. The company provides temporary housing that differs from lodging in a hotel, designed for individuals to take care of themselves in a home-like environment. On-call emergency assistance is available, but there is no on-site maintenance or management. Service requests and maintenance issues are attended to within 24-48 hours.
