- This is truly an amazing place to have a party. From the knowledgeable and very hands on staff to the emphasis placed on safety. If you can believe it, the owner actually walked around to ensure that the inflatables were being carefully watched by his staff. There is nothing like having hands on ownership. Our party went unbelievably smooth which I think was due to the thorough planning and communication by the indoor party manager. This was incredible in my opinion due to the fact that they had parties back to back all day. I would highly reccommend Party Magic. It will be an experience that you and your child will not forget.

[Submitted by moomiephilly5/22/08 - Recently visited with my son who is about to turn 2. He fell off an inflatable obstacle course when other larger children were bouncing in an adjacent area of the same inflatable. I was standing right next to him and he lost his footing and fell before I could catch him. I took my son to the ER and thankfully he was all right. The staff at Party Magic knew we were on our way to the ER and had our contact information. I am kind of disappointed that they did not attempt to call us and see if he was ok within the next day or two. My son's fall was an accident, but there was no safety mat where he fell (just a carpeted floor). Also, there is no staff in the room that I saw. You obviously have to take responsibility for your own children, but if other people's children are rough-housing, it is up to you to confront them I guess as there is no staff member to do so. I would give the facility a better rating if there was staff supervision (as other family centers have), if there were more safety mats and if the management had placed a courtesy call to us after the incident. I know you sign a waiver, but it would be a nice gesture to show they care about their littlest customers. I think it is more suitable for children older than 3 who have better coordination.
