We have taken our son three times. All appointments were over three hundred dollars (after insurance, which covers 80%). There is always at least a month wait. If you are 10 minutes late they will cancel two hour appointments. The breaking point was when my 5 year old flinched and said ow during a cavity filling, and the doctor told him to be quiet or she'd have to start over. When he cried she said it was stress, and that she 'knew' it wasn't pain. (some of it I agree, some of it I don't) When I said that if he was saying ow it was for a reason, the dentist acted insulted, accused me of criticizing her work, and that basically I should just be quiet. Later, when my son's crying was making me visibly upset, she stopped and said we both had to leave because although she could concentrate while he wailed, she couldn't concentrate if she looked up and saw me upset. She said next time I should send him in alone because I (the parent) was a distraction to her work. So be careful with this place, they are nice while you follow their rules, but if you don't the veneer slips fast.
