Could go on and on -- suffice it to say that you'll hear the words, "It's our policy" regularly. Your phone messages will not be returned -- or will be returned after hours when you can't respond with a message. Doctors seems nice. Diane and Ginny seem nice and apologetic; I appreciate that. In general though - nearly every interaction with office staff has demonstrated a complete lack of care, concern and professionalism. Oh, and when you want to leave the practice -- you'll be asked to pay $15 to have your child's records duplicated so you can take them to another pediatrician's office. Really. And the time required for this service? Policy states 7 days. Just so you know. Unbelievable. I tried and tried and tried to win with honey and the consideration that I'd like to be treated with. Nothing - except a couple of apologitic nice people that validate all the reasons we've left. Don't mess around with your child's care - look for another pediatrician than one that is partnered with this office staff.

I have never been treated so badly by any other medical office; the pediatricians are okay (though not excellent--don't try to get a difficult diagnosis), but the staff is so unpleasant that it just isn't worth it.Today, someone hung up on me. They have lost our records (including our social security numbers), and been outright hostile on multiple occasions--even when we were simply doing things like checking in, not necessarily just when we were complaining or something. Horrible! And our pediatrician told us our son "probably just had reflux," when it turns out he has a peanut allergy--but she didn't take the time to check his stool for the blood that had persistently been present up to that point. So we are done.
