Cold outside? Rainy? Pedway is Chicago's secret weapon against all kinds of weather, and it's fun even when the world above is actually temperate.

A maze covering over 23 blocks, Pedway began as a way to link subway stations, but it continues to grow. There are shops, newsstands, a food court, and windows to peer into for a worm's eye view of the city at work (check out the radio station beneath the Chicago Cultural Center).
