The Peggy and Philip B. Crosby Wellness Center YMCA provides older residents with physical therapy, but younger families can enjoy a variety of services including a large fitness center, indoor running track, childcare facility, and indoor swimming pool. The Crosby YMCA and the Winter Park YMCA Family Center work closely to provide complementary programming. Classes are offered in aerobics, aquatics, pilates, and yoga. Family changing areas are available, and the Y provides towels for use in the center. The center also teaches the Safe Start Survival Swimming lesson program for young children.
