about Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts:

The only museum dedicated to American art in the city of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts (PAFA) proudly exhibits the USA's artistic heritage and the achievements of its greatest artists. The PAFA offers a range of public programs, including general guided tours. The galleries offer a comprehensive survey of 18th- to 21st-century paintings and sculptures. The installation explores the history of American art on both national and regional levels.

Located on the first floor, the Museum Cafe boasts an eclectic menu of gourmet items, and offers breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snacks, in a cozy and comfortable family-friendly setting.

The PAFA also offers summer camp programs for kids ages six to 15, and studio art classes on Saturdays. Visit the web site for more information.

Household membership, at $65/year, admits two adults and all children 18 years of age and under living in the same household.
