Pistol Pete's specializes in Mexican and Southwestern food served fast and fresh, and it won't put much of a dent in the pocketbook. While waiting in line at the counter, you can ponder the menu choices of quesadillas, nachos, tacos, burros (AKA burritos), enchiladas, fajitas, Arizona baby back ribs, and tortas (Mexican sandwiches). After ordering, choose a table and the food is brought to you. Portions are quite large, so expect to share, have leftovers, or leave the restaurant extremely full. Dine-in or carry-out options are available.
Children choose from cheese quesadillas, chicken nuggets, bean & cheese burritos, or ground beef tacos on the kids' menu. The meal comes with a small soft drink, rice or fries, and animal cookies.
A salsa bar in the middle of the restaurant allows diners to choose from a variety of fresh salsas/sauces. The daring can add extra spice to their entree with the hot peppers on the bar.
Highchairs and boosters make the restaurant very family-friendly for an outing with young children. Although the restrooms don't have changing tables, the women's restroom has a large counter with ample room for changing a diaper.
Banquet seating is available for groups of up to 100 people.
