I can only assume that the previous review here came on an off day for them. I have taken my two children to Planet Kid several times and love it. In my experiences with the staff they have always been very inviting and friendly. The facility is safe and for the most part clean as well. If you go in on Saturdays it can sometimes get a little crazy and it's true that sometimes parents do not keep the closest eye on their children but that is certainly not something you can blame the facility for. If it's your first time I would recommend going on a week day when they seem to usually be less busy. Our kids always have a great time there and are always begging to go back.

DONT take you kids here!! Took my 5 and 1 year old to Planet Kid and was not impressed at all. The employees are rude & lazy, for the 2 hours we were there not once did we see an employee check in on the play area or walk by at least to make it look like they were working other then flirting with each other in the front check in desk. There is absolutely no supervision at all on the parents' part. The adults were more interested in the WiFi or on keeping an eye out on fresh meat that walked through the door instead of watching their kids. There were 8-9 yr old kids in the toddler area chucking balls from the ball pit area at the little 2-3 year olds, there were kids bawling in different areas, or shoving each other and all the while the parents were chatting it up in the dining area. A 'mother' was walking around with a cigarette in her hand pissed off because she couldnt find her lighter, throwing balls everywhere trying to dig in the ball pit area claiming 'my damn dughter lost my lighter'..... Very UNCOMFORTABLE, DIRTY, and TRASHY place to take your kids. I would recommend taking your children to MONKEY BIZNESS. Very clean, fun, and safe compared to that dump.
