Playtown Indoor Playground is really "stress free" for parents if your having a party there! From the momment you get there they are ready to help with all your party stuff and clean up and place everything in your car after the party is over. You really do get to sit back and enjoy watching the kids having a great time and chill with the parents. Oh and when we got there since we were the last party...we saw them sanitizing all the toys and play areas. PlayTown is great for parties. perfect for crawlers- 7 year olds. The staff is amazing!

Playtown is the best indoor playground around San Diego. I have been taking my son there for 2years now. He is now three years old and he loves going there and playing with new friends. It is very clean and the staff is very nice.

i love love love playtown! i take my 20 month there a few times a month with our playgroup! the facility is always clean and has a variety of play things! and the workers are AWSOME!!! they are very friendly and take the time to get to know you! if you try it i promise you you'll not only get your moneys worth you'll go abck again and again!

I have 2 children with autism and a newborn. Needless to say it is hard for me to find fun things for them to do where I can just relax and let them run around. Playtown is great because it has activities for all my kids. It has a gate, so I don't have to worry that they will get lost. I loved it.

This is definitely a great addition to El Cajon. The facility is neat a clean. My 3 year old son absolutely loved it! As a mom who tries to eat organic--I personally love that you are allowed to bring your own snacks! We will be going back for sure!

Whether it's a rainy day, a birthday party, or an east county day that's too hot to play outside, El Cajon's Playtown is the place to be for young kids in East County. I had my son's 2nd birthday party here and there was plenty of entertainment for every child from those that were barely mobile to the 6 and 7 year olds. As a mom I appreciate the extra efforts they go through to keep the place clean, the open floor plan that allows you to pretty much see your child from anywhere in the facility, and the staff that are always attentive to what the kids are doing. As a therapist who works with children, I appreciate the bright colors that stimulate young minds, the varied activities that encourage exploration and learning, and the toys that stimulate the sensory systems and provoke imaginary play. I highly recommend this place for a birthday party and for any time you need a place where the kids can run around while you just relax and watch!

Had my daughters birthday here and the kids had a great time they only wanted to play.Great hosts also. Would do again.

Play Town is a wonderful indoor playground, that my son absolutely loves!! It is very clean, has brightly painted walls and has awesome toys. I strongly recommend Play Town, it's a really cool place!

I usually have trouble finding places to take my twins that they can run around in different directions safely and not stress me out but not at Playtown. They love going to Playtown and playing with all the toys and fun stuff. And I love that it is enclosed and a safe environment for them to do so. I'm so glad there is something in east county for us to do for fun. They can easily spend several hours there. It is great to go by ourselves or with a group (there is a discount for groups of 10 kids)

My two year old and her friends had a fabulous time when we booked Play Town for a private party on a Saturday. Staff was very responsive, courteous and great customer service. I would definitely book another party! Also have enjoyed general playtime during the week.

We've been to Play Town several times and my 2-year old really enjoys it! It's like they've brought all the typical outdoor toys inside so kids can have a blast without the heat and the dirt! The baby area is well designed for my 5 month old, however, it's small and not very well policed to keep the older kids from climbing the foam walls to get inside. Our 5-month old still has a fun time watching everything. We spent several hours there and I had to practically drag my toddler out = a rave review!

I have been to Play Town with my children several times and have had an enjoyable experience each time. The place is very clean, air conditioned and has a variety of things for various ages. I have three children, 12 mo. 3 and 6. It is nice to find a place where they call all play in a safe environment. The area is spacious and open (which is useful when you have three kids to look after) and my little one can either crawl around or play in the separate baby area. The kids liked this place so much that i recommend it to my friends. Wednesday my self and five of my friends and our children all met, ordered pizza and stayed until closing (Wednesday's they are open until 8:00 p.m.) They kids had a blast and the grown ups had fun as well. I have been to several places similar to this and I was pleased to learn that Play Town had opened in East County. Play Town is organized in a way where parents can either sit in the picnic area or play with there children, that is a personal choice. The fact is, that this is a play place, not a substitution for day care. Kids will scream, yell and tussle. That is part of having children, but it is the parents responsibility to mediate and intervene if necessary. I have met the owners and found them to be polite and helpful. I read the two negative posts and I can simply say that my experience has been nothing but positive. I will continue to take my children there and recommend the place to my friends.

Awesome place!!! We just had my 5 year old sons b-day there and loved it. The staff was very nice and very well organized. My son had the best time!! He can't wait until next year to hold his b-day at PLAYTOWN. Can't beat the price either...

My children, 8 and 4, love this place. There is so much to do. They do not think it's a "baby" place because they don't even notice all the babies that are doing their own thing! My advice to the parents that use the "picnic area" as a "lounge" to chat amongst themselves or work - maybe you should think about watching or even PLAYING with your children. Indoor playgrounds are not for cheap babysitting but FAMILY entertainment.

Play town intended to entertain kids of all ages.They have from infant playpan, walkers to play house , jumper in one big open space, but with a 13months old and a 3 years old plus another 2 years old I babysat , it didn't quite work for me. basically it has poor traffic organization, or no organization at all. the younger kids area is surrounded by heavy traffic with bigger kids running back and forth from their play zone to mom's sitting area. we went with a big playgroup and my 13 month old got knocked over several times by some bigger boys. it certainly can't be cheaper if you pay $5.5 per kid with a pass, but your money worth more if you use it for a membership of Reuben H. Fleet Science Center at Balboa park. There is a little playground on the second floor filled with educational toys,not your day to day backyard toys, and the infant zones are relatively enclosed with seats around for parents.

Playtown is a welcome addition to East County, and for that matter all of San Diego county. This facility is well thought out with age appropriate apparatus for real little ones to older toddlers. My two boys ask to go here by name. Parking is plentiful, facilities are very clean and the owners remember both kids AND parents that have visited. People wondering if the trip out to El Cajon is worth it, the answer is clear: YES!

Took my 2 year old and he loved it. they have a couple big play items that we dont have room for at home. It was small but perfect if theres not to many people. I like that you can take your own food. I will be taking my son again.

We really liked this place, my child is 1.5 years and it was perfect. Mornings have been a bit crowded. The owners are super friendly. It is so nice to finally have a place like this in East County.
