Eloise's old haunt shut its doors for nearly three years, converting a large portion of its guestrooms to residential condominiums, before reopening in 2008.
The Palm Court, fully restored, offers afternoon tea, as well as breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Do stop at the Plaza Shops and check out Eloise at The Plaza, where kids can relax in the stylish living room or plan their (mis)adventures with the concierge, just like a certain young lady love love loved to do. In the Fashion Room there is absolutely nothing but costumes for dress up, and the Reading Room offers Eloise movies and story times. Fans can also leave Eloise a letter in her mailbox - she always always always writes back! Eloise tea and birthday parties, and etiquette classes, are also available.
