The Point Loma Branch Library is a large, beautiful facility with an entire floor dedicated to children's books. To celebrate the neighborhood's culture, the reading courtyard has a lighthouse fresco and the large reading room is designed to look like the inside of a ship. The library offers limited internet access and children's games.
Children's programs are offered periodically. A monthly calendar of events is available at the library. After-school homework assistance is available by appointment.
