Stride Rite, Motherhood Maternity, Pottery Barn Kids, The Disney Store, The Children's Place, GAP Kids, Fuzziwigs Candy Factory, and dozens of other stores make this expansive two-story mall a destination for families, whether shopping or just browsing. Few of the younger visitors to Polaris leave without a run, climb, and hop through the indoor play area in the mall's lower level center court. The area is intended for use by kids under 12 years old, who are wearing socks (but not shoes), and are closely supervised by an adult. The mall offers its own Mom's Club, Momtopia. A free membership, which can be obtained at the website, gives area parents advance notice on upcoming events (and sales) of special interest to kids and families.
