Had a HORRIBLE (understatement) experience here!

I booked 4 private horse/pony rides for mine & my daughters birthday in early Sept. I verified multiple times, with the handler what I wanted...each of us on our own horse/pony, to ride outside & do more than just a slow walk. I got none of that! First, we only had 3 horses/ponies, when asked why, I was given numerous excuses that made no sense. Second, we were given NO direction on how to ride, just put in a dark dirt arena(by ourselves sometimes) to walk in circles for 1 hour, not fun at all! Third, no waivers were signed & I was told none of us needed to wear helmets, even my 5 & 6 year old. Of course I made them wear helmets, but I am appalled by their lack of safety. Inexperienced riders should NEVER be left alone with horses nor should they NOT wear helmets! Lastly, the handler did NOTHING. She struggled to even saddle the horses/ponies on her own & needed help. She then sat on a chair & didn't speak a word to us the entire time while her child led mine around the arena. She did however charge me for the 4 horses/ponies I wanted & when questioned on the price she said "That's the way it is!"

I was so upset by the treatment I received, that I called the owner the following day. I should have know it would go no where when she was SCREAMING at her dog, repairman & employees while I was listening. She proceeded to YELL at me that yes, indeed I should have had 4 horses/ponies & I should have taken it up with the handler at the time. I informed her that I did & explained all the lame excuses I was given. She continued to yell & verbally assault me while reluctantly offering me another pony ride & refusing to refund me for what she agrees I should have received. Of course, I declined the offer, I will NEVER set foot near this PONY PARADISE again!!

PONY PARADISE offers horrible service, unsafe riding conditions, inexperienced handlers , and the most unprofessional business owner I have ever spoken to.

I HIGHLY recommend you stay far away from this place!!!

Went to a party here that my friend was hosting. It's obvious this place isn't run by someone who knows horses... A couple of the ponies had cracked hooves that were overgrown! You could tell the ponies were depressed and I was not impressed by the handlers at all... Avoid this place!

I had my childs party there and it was horrible. Manure piles next to the party area, skinny ponies, no place to wash your hands, rude staff who didnt seem to care. I would never go back to this place again. I should have read reviews before spending $300.00 on this place.
