I don't know why the other reviewer only gave it two stars. We have birthday parties there every year and we have always had good service and a fun time. We find the Bowling Alley downtown too small with unpleasant lighting and acoustics and we had a bad experience at Sea Bowl -- maybe just bad luck -- plus we like to stay in town.

It's a fine alley, but definitely not any better than the others in the bay area, yet it costs much more. Plus, many of the video games in the arcade are not in working order, and they take your quarters without delivering the game. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. The bathrooms are very clean. The other people there are great. Overall, though, I would recommend going to some other bay area alley.
