Awful performer, awful service
I used an Elmo character from RT Clown for my son's 2nd birthday. The performer spoke and interacted with the kids very little, and after 15 minutes of arriving and being with the kids, he went to our drinks and took two water bottles out. I went over and asked him if everything was ok, and he told me "Elmo feels like he is going to pass out" because it was hot in his costume. The weather was actually pretty cool and breezy. He also told me "it was about 125 degrees inside the costume" which made me feel very bad. He then left the area to drink the water, and when he returned, the "momentum" from the kids was pretty much gone. He tried to play with the kids a little more, but it wasn't the same, and he didn't talk very much. Also, he proceeded to pull out games that I had instructed the company I did not want to play, so he didn't seem to know any information beforehand, and he fumbled around a lot with what to do with the kids. At the end when I walked him out, he even apologized to me for not having a great connection with the kids.
When I called and emailed the company to give them this feedback, I was told that they would look into it and get back to me because they had limited office hours over the Jewish holidays. I never heard back from them. I called again and specifically asked to speak with the owner and spoke with the office manager who didn't really listen and tried to turn my story around. She said she would pass my message on to Robin (the owner) and she would get back to me after being closed for another Jewish holiday. I never heard back from Robin.
So, in a nutshell, a very unprofessional performer was sent to our party and the company was extremely unprofessional in not getting back to me to address the issues. Shame that they're in business.

I just hired this company's Optimus Prime performer for my son's 5th birthday party and it was the best money I spent that whole day! The performer arrived with high energy and absolutely wowed the kids ranging in age from 5 to 10. Somehow he managed to make parachute games, an obstacle course, and face painting completely Transformer-themed. He also did a discussion of heroes/heroines that the kids loved! For a full hour Optimus impressed the parents and kids of this party. Everyone had a great time watching how happy the kids were. My son felt like a superstar having hosted this event. This was an incredible success and I would hire this company again in a second!

My daughters birthday is in December and she wanted to invite her whole class to the party. Although she wanted Hannah Montana, I was struggling to think of some entertainment that would be fun for all the children, boys and girls. I called RT Clown and spoke with a very nice lady who helped me plan my daughters 5th birthday party. She made many suggestions and finally we went with a Mrs Claus! This was great because it was close to Christmas and it allowed all the children to get their pictures taken with Mrs Claus (which saved all the parents a trip to the mall) and Mrs Claus was so friendly and entertaining! She did face painting, balloons, sang songs and did a half hour puppet show! She was fantastic and the kids loved her! I would definitely recommend them for any party your planning.

Terrible! Do not waste your money!!!!

We have been using RT Clown for every occassion since my daughter's 1st birthday 6 years ago. Fabulous for kids and adult parties a like. The range of entertainment is exceptional. The entertainers are always professional, on time and all my guests are always impressed. I highly recommend RT Clown for all your party needs!

I have used Robin the Clown since 1995 for all of my kids parties and adult parties. Everything is fabulous and I wouldn’t think of doing a party without them.
