The Rialto Theater is a 742 seat Beaux-Arts style theater that opened in 1918 and was built as part of a movie house chain. It was designed to resemble Vienna's Redoutensaal and has retained much of its original ornate decor. The theater was restored in the 1990s, and is now part of Tacoma's Broadway Center for the Performing Arts.
getting there:
From I-5, take the City Center exit to I-705.
Follow I-705 to the A Street exit.
From A Street, turn left onto S 11th Street. Continue west on S 11th Street and turn right on Broadway.
