This warm, inviting neighborhood establishment boasts one of the most appealing children's areas to be found in any Twin Cities cafe.
The play area is clean and carpeted, and it's bordered - which also means contained! - on three sides by a bold and whimsical undersea mural that runs floor-to-10'-ceiling. It's well-stocked with playthings, and with only one open side, parents can hang back and relax in one of the cafe's comfortable armchairs and still see everything going on.
The staff is friendly, and offerings include typical cafe fare: coffee and tea drinks, soups and sandwiches, snacks, and baked goods. Restrooms, with changing tables, are located in the hallway out the door to the left of the children's area.
