I 'won' a charity auction for a pony party from Rocky Mountain Trails in January and set up the reservation for July. My grandchildren hadn't been back to Colorado for six years but were coming out the first week of July. I got a call the day of the party (at 3:30 pm too late to plan anything else!) that Cheryl wasn't going to come because of threatening weather. It did actually rain at about 9:30 pm, but skies in Morrison were clear until 9:00 pm - much later than her 6:30 to 7:30 time. She ruined the party and even though she offered to refund the money, it doesn't change the fact that she chose not to honor her commitment. It added a lot of stress to a day that should have been fun.
