Meats and ribs are sold by the pound, and served with slices of white bread for making your own sandwiches. And be sure to get a couple of sides - the cream corn and pinto beans are especially tasty. Along with your appetite, bring a dose of patience; the joint is so popular that the line often snakes out the door. Folks wanting to avoid the crowds can call in their to-go orders ahead of time and pick up their food at a separate entrance.
