Sahara West Library is known for its incredible International Language Collection, which provides patrons a wealth of print and audio-visual materials in countless languages. For children, it offers books and videos in fifteen languages, including Spanish, Japanese, Vietnamese, and Korean.
The library also features several storytimes throughout the week; these events are free but may require registration - call library for details.
The library also hosts numerous seasonal events and family craft workshops throughout the year - check the website for schedules.
On weekdays between 3pm and 10pm, volunteers are available for homework help; access is via the website, and students need their library card number and PIN access code to get assistance.
