Salt Lake City Mommies is a support group for area parents, and offers chat, forums, playdates, mommies' nights out, and more. The group serves as a chapter of The Mommies Network, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping moms find support and friendship in their local communities. Members get to place names with faces during regular meet-ups around town.

Hi. I would like to volunteer to teach a class for any parenting group on Personality Science, genetic personality traits and how you can read them by looking at your child's facial and other features. Traits show how your child learns, his emotional tendencies, & other gifts & challenges. Problems and challenges are actually traits that make up your child's gifts & talents that you can help him/her develop. I raised 7 children and have 23 grandchildren and want to help others. This site is a great place to meet new friends and to find out answers to parenting questions. I have a disable child and it was nice meeting with other mommies in the same situation.

SLCM has been a great forum to be a part of. You meet lots of other moms from all areas that are dealing with many of the same motherhood issues as you are, and they always have a helpful hint or suggestion to help you get through your issue. Come Join in on the fun!!!!

My favorite part of SLCM is the forum. It is a perfect way to get realistic advice from other mothers. My kids are a little too young for the playgroups, but when we need to get out of the house we're usually welcomed with open arms!

I love this place because I've made some real cool friends. My children have also at the playdates and events we've attended. The chatting is fun on the forum. And there's a lot of advise and resources offered from other Mother's.

This is a great group if you are looking to meet other mommies in the Salt Lake area for playdates, evenings out (with or without kids), or just chatting. I've made several friends in just the short time I've been a member (membership is free by the way).

Salt Lake City Mommies has been the best group I have ever joined! It is so nice to have other Moms to talk to about anything, and the support is amazing!

Great place to find friends, vent, cope, it is like AA for moms! There are tons of events for moms of all types! I love it!

I joined 2 months ago and I love it! We have new friends from a very wide range of backgrounds, and I get a lot of support both on and off the message boards. The playdates are fun, so are the mommies only nights, and the message board and chat room are very convenient. Can't say enough good things about this site!

I've also been a member of this group since the beginning. SLCM's has been such an amazing support system for me and my daughter. We have had such a great time meeting new friends, visiting new places and having so much fun in the process. I'm so glad to be part of such an amazing group of mommies!

I joined Salt Lake City Mommies as a way to meet other moms and actually get out of the house more. It's been a wonderful way to connect with women and share some of the fun and insanity in our lives! It's free- it's fun- it's women from all over SLC! How can you go wrong?

SLCMs is a great group of moms who meet online, and then go on to meet in person. All over the valley, mommies are meeting others in their area, others in the same types of situation!

I joined Salt Lake City Mommies 5 months ago and in those 5 months I have made a number of friends, gone to so many events and have become a better mother. The site offers a wide variety of groups to join and topics to come and discuss. It's an amazing support for mom's and families. I am so grateful to SLCM for all the support they offer and for the opportunity they have given me to get out and meet other moms.

Salt Lake City Mommies is seriously the best website I've stumbled on. It's a great place to go when you have a question from raising kids, to how to get a stain out of the carpet. Some of the best friend's I've made in my life I've met through slcmommies, and the same goes for my son!

Since joining Salt Lake City Mommies I have found fun activities for myself and my daughter to do. We've made friends and enjoy going to playdates and other events. The ladies on there are great and are really there for you!!

I joined SLCmommies in Jan. of this year. I didnt know if I would fit in. I'm not your typical utah stay at home mom. But I was welcomed and have became fully involved in the community. It has allowed me to stay busy and help my community. I have made many friends and so have my kids. Thank you Salt Lake City Mommies!!!

I joined Salt Lake City Mommies when it first started. I regularly attend events and visit the site nearly every day. My children and myself have made many friends. A great resource for new and experiences parents alike.
