Salt Lake Indoor Soccer Center is a year-round indoor soccer facility offering leagues for ages ten and up. Individual leagues consist of teams divided by age and experience level. All sessions last eight to ten games. The winners of each league receive championship t-shirts.

Soccer Buddies is a physical development program for children ages two to seven. Teachers use a variety of props and games to encourage children to have fun while engaging them in physical activity and group interaction. The parent/child classes are designed to develop motor skills, promote physical fitness, and create self-confidence. The action quickly moves from one activity to another, so younger kids are kept entertained and don't lose focus while having fun. Birthday parties can be arranged by appointment. Parties include use of the facility, one hour of activities with a Soccer Buddies instructor, and one hour for cake (bring your own) and presents. The Soccer Center takes care of the set-up and clean-up.
