SFMA offers safe, fun and nurturing environment in which their preschoolers thrive. My daughter really likes all her teachers and has made great friendships at SFMA. She has a lot of fun and learns a lot at the same time.
After touring many San Francisco preschools, this is definitely my favorite. The principal really puts her heart in this school and it shows. Not only children have fun and are challenged at the same time,the school is also spotless clean, the food is great and there are more extracurricular activities than many large preschools have. We will be really sad to move to kindergarten next year.
Go and check it out. You will not be disappointed!

I highly recommend this preschool.

My son has attended SFMA since July 2008, and we couldn't be happier with it! He's developed so well under their care. The director and lead teacher are both excellent, with reasonable expectations for learning and behavior but without pressuring the kids to develop beyond their age. We feel fortunate every day that our son is here. It's small so the children all get personal attention, and they offer special classes of ballet, karate, and music--each once a week--as well as class parties and themes (such as international month, when each student brought a food item from their heritage). My husband and I both work in private schools, so we also know that our son is getting what he will need to be ready for kindergarten. Really, I can't say enough good things about this school!

My daughter went to the school and she graduated already. She loved school so much and so did we. Teachers are great and kids learned a lot from the school. My daughter loved the food there and you don't need to prepare anything for the day since they have anything they need from school. We would highly recommend the school to all my friends.

I visited this school a while ago when i was trying to find a montessori school for my child and I really liked it. When I first walked in I noticed that the children were well behaved and respectable. The atmosphere is very nice and the teachers are calm and experienced. Although I must say that this school is exlusive and private. The school offers them ballet and karate classes as well as music classes. They also offer organic, home made meals through out the day. The school takes care of the childrens health and ensures them a good future.I highly recomend this school.

I consider this pre-school one of the better ones in San Francisco. It's a small space, but there are lots of activities, including: ballet and Karate classes along with the regular daily activities. Meals are all made from scratch--breakfast, lunch and snacks are included. The staff are all well-educated and are very good with the kids. Overall, a good place for your little one.

...to S.F.Montessory Academy for almost two years now and she is well taken care of and loved as if she were their own. We love director of the school, because she genuinely loves our child and helps her develop into secure and educated child. It is also wonderful that she gives us continual feedback on her development (so we know that she is getting that one on one attention that she need) and when a milestone is reached, we are told immediately. Even after the my child leave to go to kindergarten, she always come back. The food she feeds the children is completely organic and its great to know that my child aren't fed micro waved food as many centers seem to think is ok to give these days. I can't say enough great things about this school
