San Tan Village is a traditional, indoor mall. Anchor stores include Macy's and Dillards. Stores that appeal to kids and families include Build-A-Bear Workshop, Claire's, the Disney Store, EB Games, Gymboree, Icing, Naartjie, Pumpkin Patch, Skechers, Snip-Its, Stride Rite, The Children's Place, and Vans.

A garden-themed children's play area can be found in front of Dillards. Kids who wear their swimsuits are welcome to play in the pop jet water fountain in the middle of the play area.

Harkins Theatre sits at the northeast corner of the mall, offering first-run films on 16 screens.

San Tan Village hosts the Westcor Kids' Club, a free, interactive program featuring Webster the Wart Hog and Persephone. Children of all ages are invited to join the lovable characters for lively music and fun on the fourth Wednesday of each month at 10am in the food court. Parents can sign their children up for the Kids' Club online or by phone.
