Science Library @ MOSI050

A branch of the Hillsborough County Public Library System Cooperative, the Science Library @ MOSI is a unique facility located in the Museum of Science and Industry. The facility specializes in science- and technology-related materials. Teachers, students, homeschoolers, hobbyists, and science enthusiasts of all ages can find library materials geared toward science, math, computing information, and science fiction. The collection also includes CD-ROMs and science equipment, such as microscopes, telescopes, and science kits, that are all available for checkout. The library also features an open-use computer lab and Internet access. Kids particularly love the facility's hands-on Science Alcove, which features "Discovery Drawers" filled with artifacts, fossils, and specimens.
