about SciTech Museum:
The SciTech Museum offers kids opportunities to get better acauainted with the all things scientific through hands-on exploration. The center boasts more than 200 exhibits that focus on light, magnetism, motion, and chemistry.
getting there:
Take I-88 to Aurora, exit at 31 South. Proceed south on 31 until you reach Benton St. (one block after 31 becomes one way.) Turn East (left) and proceed two blocks on Benton. The museum is on the right.
Parking is available at the Stolp Garage, one-half block east and one block north of the museum. The museum can validate parking stubs for four hours of free parking. On-street metered parking is also an option, but the library parking lot is not available to museum visitors.
From downtown Chicago, visitors can also take the Burlington Northern train to Aurora. Then take Pace bus 524 to the Aurora Public Library, which is next door to SciTech.
