Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida, is a private, non-profit organization that collects, stores, and distributes donated food to more than 450 non-profit parner agencies in Brevard, Lake, Orange, Osceola, Seminole, and Volusia counties.

In addition to monetary donations, volunteers are needed to unpack, sort, organize, and repackage food donations at the organization's Food Rescue Center at 1918 W. Princeton St. in Orlando. Volunteers also assist with mailings, help with special events, and work with the K.I.D.S. clothing program, which provides clothes for kids in distressed situations.
