Susie is a Sign2Me presenter, offering courses in baby sign language based on the Sign with Your Baby program. She currently offers Parent & Me infant sign language classes in Weber County. The classes teach infants and participating adults actual American Sign Language signs through music, play, and interactive fun. Through the use of signs, infants as young as eight months old can clearly communicate specific thoughts and desires, allowing parents to get an early glimpse into their child's personality. The program was developed for hearing children, but since it's based on ASL, deaf children can certainly benefit from the program, as can children with special needs or speech delays. Susie's Parent & Me infant sign language course lasts five weeks, and purchase of the Sign2Me Pick Me Up! CD and activity guide are required. Classes are currently held in Pleasant View.
