Silver Stars Gymnastics offers gymnastics and tumbling classes for children 18 months and up, as well as camps during summer and winter break for children three and a half and up. The programs are designed to promote age-appropriate skill development in the fun and safe environment of an 18,000 square foot, Olympic-style gym. Silver Stars Gymnastics utilizes the newest and most imaginative gymnastics equipment to introduce technical gymnastics training, such as the vault, uneven bars, balance beam, floor exercises, the trampoline, and rope. There is also equipment especially designed for pre-school aged children, and spotting and safety mats are used to introduce new skills.

Birthday parties can be booked on the weekends, and they include one hour of open gym plus 30 minutes for refreshments. There are several different party packages available, with or without pizza included; call 301.589.0938 for more information or to make reservations.

Silver Stars Gymnastics also offers a one hour open gym ($7) for children six and under from Monday through Friday, 12n-1pm. Children, with a parent, can spend an hour playing on specially designed pre-school equipment, a trampoline, and occasionally an inflatable train. Open Gym is not available during July and August.
